  • Do I need any special venting or hookups on your sauna?
No, all you need is a wall outlet to plug in to. The sauna never gets warm on the outside because of the double wall construction, so you can put it flush to the wall. The only place you need some breathing room is on top as that is where the electronics are and the air vent and fan. You need at least 2" clearance above the sauna. You can put the sauna on any type of flooring.

  • How do your heaters compare to other sauna manufacturers heaters?
Each sauna mfg uses heaters that produce infrared between 5 and 15 microns. The number of heaters they use in each sauna depends on the size of the sauna. The heaters may look different, but you will get pretty much the same effects regardless of who's sauna you use. Pro Health uses a double walled, solid ceramic heater with a lifetime warranty and costs about 15 cents per hour in energy use. The Royal Deluxe Sauna uses special heaters that produce infrared around the 9.4 micron range which is the most beneficial for the body. If dealing with serious health issues, these are the heaters that would do the most good.

  • Do you sell wholesale, and are you looking for dealers?
We decided to reduce the price and sell direct to the consumer and give you a better deal that way.

  • What is your most popular size sauna?
The 2 Person Pro Health 2 sauna accounts for 65% of our sales. Most of the time one person will be using the sauna. The 2 person gives you enough room to move around and change positions without getting too cramped and is big enough for 2 people as well. The 3 person or corner unit gives you more room to stretch out and is more suitable if 2 people will be using it most of the time. The one person is great if you have space limitations. It is best not to lay down in an infrared sauna because the way the heaters are positioned you will get the most benefits by sitting upright.

  • How do you ship?
We ship by truck to your home or business. The sauna comes in 2 or 3 boxes. The easiest way is to have the trucker drop the boxes in your garage or front driveway, open them up there, and carry in the sauna piece by piece to where you are going to assemble it. An instruction manual with pictures is included and assembly only requires a screwdriver.

  • Can I put my sauna outside?
Yes, but you have to take some precautions. The important thing is to make sure you put the sauna under a roof or overhang so no water collects on the roof as that is where the electronic components are. A good idea would be to put a piece of plywood over the top to protect the roof from moisture accumulation. In the winter, you may have to put some blankets around it when it gets real cold or the sauna may take longer to warm up. I have had people put their sauna on decks, in their garage, in the basement, in an unheated shed, in the master bedroom, etc. Any place that works is fine.

  • How long does it take to ship?
We carry a good stock on hand and can usually ship the next day. It takes 2 - 3 days to BC, 3 - 4 days to Manitoba, 4 - 6 days to Ontario, and 7 - 8 days to the Maritimes.

  • What do I do for parts after the warranty expires?
For the first 10 years parts will be shipped to you at no charge and prepaid. We carry a supply of parts in our warehouse in Alberta and in Sacramento and there is a full time tech at Head Office in Sacramento, CA who will call you if we can't figure out what parts you need. It doesn't happen that often, but sometimes some of the electronic components go on strike. After that the company's policy is that they will sell their customers parts at a greatly reduced price for as long as you own your Pro Health Sauna.

  • Do you have discounts if I buy more than one sauna?
Yes, call us and we can talk about it. We try to keep our prices as low as possible so we don't have that much more room to play with, but we can usually do something more for you.

  • How do I go about ordering a sauna?
You can order securely online, email your order, phone it in, mail it in, or fax it in. You can pay by CC or Money Order.
